Use the login route
Select Open login page and use the sign-in option at the destination. Fill the account field according to its label rather than entering a display name automatically. The current authentication options are controlled by the service, not by this guide.
Fix the error that is actually shown
For an empty required field, complete that field. For a rejected password, check saved details or use the offered reset process. For a page that will not load, check connectivity first. Resetting a password will not repair a failed network connection.
When you need account support
If recovery cannot reach your registered contact or the account is restricted, contact the account provider. Send the non-sensitive error and the step that failed. Do not send passwords, reset links or verification codes to the editorial contact on this site.
